Fictional engineer studying a drawing and steel sample. AI-generated editorial scene.

AI-native engineering and design

Keep design off
your critical path.

Send us the design or the decision, and the date. You get the package on that date, updated together through every change and checked by a named engineer.

Fixed fee. Agreed date. Named engineering review.

For equipment manufacturers & plant owners

Every order waits on
a design change somewhere.

A customer order needs a variant. Your own engineers are on the next project. A consultancy quote has its own lead time. The last accepted version is in someone’s inbox. Meanwhile the delivery date does not move.

Nordform takes one design change from request to reviewed record, so the order keeps moving and your engineers decide instead of redraw.

01

Receive. Bring what you have.

The existing drawings or model, the change you need, the deadline, and who on your side accepts the result. We agree the scope, the checks, the fixed fee and the date before work starts.

02

Prepare. AI prepares the revision; engineering tools check it.

The change is carried through the connected geometry, quantities and drawings. Permitted engineering tools calculate against the checks we agreed. Nothing here is a release.

03

Review. A named engineer decides what needs judgement.

What needs judgement comes back with the reasoning. Open items, assumptions and anything outside the agreed checks are listed, not hidden. You decide what follows.

04

Record. You receive the package and keep the record.

Drawings, model files, quantities, findings and the sign-off with its stated limitations. Every revision is kept with its source, so the next change starts from what was accepted, not from a re-explanation.

Fixed fee.
No change-order talks.

How every assignment runs, from a pre-study to a drawing set. AI collects, cleans and calculates; people set the criteria, review and decide.

01

No hourly billing.

The fee is agreed on the result before work starts. You know the cost in advance.

02

Changes within the brief are included.

No change orders within the brief and no extra-work negotiations. The work is finished to the point where you can decide.

03

You steer the content.

Priorities can change at short notice, when the site, the schedule or the question changes.

04

The work stays open.

You see unfinished work, the model and the sources throughout. No surprises in the final package.

05

One question, one date.

Every assignment is tied to an agreed decision or change and a delivery date. That frame keeps the fixed fee credible.

Your rules,
on every revision.

Your design basis and house rules do not live in people’s heads or in the last engineer’s folder.

They are kept with the design, versioned, and each entry is accepted by your named engineer. A check or a finding is evidence for your review. It is not compliance approval, and it is not a release.
